研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨意识的水平和丰富程度之间的关系，通过一种捕捉意识等级的新颖方法和一种测量意识丰富度的新方法，在理论/概念层面，理解意识的层次和丰富性之间的关系可能会揭示意识的本质，帮助我们理解为什么意识体验有时生动，有时沉闷；在实践/应用层面，更好地把握这种关系可能会对现实世界产生重大影响。确定丰富意识体验的方法-比如通过提升意识水平—可能会增强个人与环境联系和互动的能力。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the relationship between the level and richness of consciousness. By employing a novel method for capturing consciousness level and a new approach to measuring consciousness richness, this research seeks to:Theoretically/conceptually illuminate the nature of consciousness by clarifying the association between its level and richness, thereby helping to explain why conscious experiences are sometimes vivid and sometimes dull;Practically/appliedly exert significant impacts on the real world through a better grasp of this relationship. Specifically, identifying methods to enhance conscious richness—such as by elevating consciousness level—may strengthen individuals’ ability to connect with and interact with their environment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18且<=65岁，性别不限； 2.身体健康，无严重躯体疾病、精神疾病、睡眠障碍（如失眠症、嗜睡症、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等）； 3.无药物滥用史，近 1 个月内未使用过影响睡眠的药物或保健品； 4.自愿提供书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18–65 years (inclusive), regardless of gender;
2.Physically healthy, with no severe physical illnesses, mental disorders, or sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, hypersomnia, obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome [OSAHS], etc.);
3.No history of substance abuse, and no use of sleep-affecting medications or health supplements within the past month;
4.Voluntarily provide a written informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.患有可能影响大脑功能的神经系统疾病（如癫痫、脑肿瘤、脑血管疾病等）；
2.患有重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）、呼吸功能不全、重症肌无力等；
3.患有严重的心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病等；
4.存在听力或视力障碍，影响实验任务的完成；近期经历过重大生活事件，导致情绪不稳定，可能影响睡眠和研究结果；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants with a history of neurological diseases (e.g., epilepsy, brain tumors, cerebrovascular diseases) that may affect brain function, confirmed by medical records or neurological examination.
2.Diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA, apnea-hypopnea index [AHI] ≥30 events/hour), respiratory insufficiency confirmed by pulmonary function tests, myasthenia gravis, or other neuromuscular/respiratory disorders;
3.With severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, endocrine system diseases, or other relevant systemic disorders;
4.With hearing or visual impairments that may affect the completion of experimental tasks; or recent experience of major life events leading to emotional instability, which could interfere with sleep and research results;
