研究目的：

1新产品研发。基于现有牙垫结构，研发新的智能化牙垫，集成高灵敏度咬合力监测模块，实时监测咬合力并传输至服务端，探索应用于“镇静效果监测、力学监测及防意外拔管”等场景; 2 客观数据构建疼痛评分新标准。以咬合力客观数据代替主观镇静镇痛效果评分，构建新的标准并分析其实用性; 3 成果应用推广。协助转化公司进行推广，通过本试验明确其在“口腔护理工时、咽部细菌定植情况、口腔Beck评分、VAP发生率、气管插管刻度偏移、家属满意度”等方面的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. New product development. Based on the existing dental pad structure, develop a new intelligent dental pad that integrates a high-sensitivity bite force monitoring module, capable of real-time bite force monitoring and transmission to the server, exploring applications in scenarios such as 'sedation effect monitoring, mechanical monitoring, and prevention of accidental tube dislodgement'; 2. Construct new standards for pain scoring using objective data. Replace subjective sedation and analgesia effect scores with objective bite force data, establish new standards, and analyze their practicality; 3. Promotion and application of results. Assist the company in promotion, and through this trial, clarify its effects on 'oral care work hours, pharyngeal bacterial colonization, oral Beck scores, VAP incidence, tracheal tube displacement, and family satisfaction.'

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.气管插管； 2.年龄>=18周岁； 3.口腔内无明显损伤； 4.临床资料完整； 5.授权人对本研究知情同意.

Inclusion criteria

1. Endotracheal intubation; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. No obvious oral cavity injuries; 4. Complete clinical data; 5. Authorized person has provided informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

1.口腔内已有损伤； 2.择期手术，预计七天内转出ICU； 3.合并器官移植、粒细胞减少症、恶性肿瘤晚期等严重免疫功能抑制者； 4.近3个月内使用免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素; 5.严重躁动患者，RASS评分>=4分.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Existing oral cavity lesions; 2. Elective surgery, ICU transfer expected within seven days; 3. Patients with severe immunosuppression, such as organ transplant recipients, neutropenia, or advanced malignant tumors; 4. Use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids within the past three months; 5. Patients with severe agitation, RASS score >= 4.
