研究目的：

1.了解妇科宫腔镜术后患者首次下床跌倒风险感知现状及影响因素。 2.希望本次研究结果，能为医疗机构和医护人员提供实践指导。 3.希望本次研究结果提高妇科宫腔镜术后患者首次下床的跌倒风险感知程度，以降低其跌倒发生风险。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To understand the status quo and influencing factors of risk perception of first-time out-of-bed fall in patients after gynecological hysteroscopy. 2.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide practical guidance for medical institutions and medical staff. 3.It is hoped that the results of this study will improve the perception of fall risk of patients getting out of bed for the first time after gynecological hysteroscopy, so as to reduce the risk of fall.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 所有调查对象均为妇科宫腔镜术后患者； 2. 年龄>=18周岁； 3. 符合任何妇科宫腔镜手术指征； 4. 均顺利完成手术的患者； 5. 知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. All the subjects under investigation were patients who had undergone gynecological hysteroscopy surgery. 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients who meet any indications for gynecological hysteroscopic surgery and have successfully completed the surgery. 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1. 存在严重认知功能障碍或精神障碍无法沟通交流； 2. 出现严重术后并发症或合并其他严重器质性病变无法早期下床； 3. 术前存在行走障碍； 4. 患有听力、语言和认知功障碍； 5. 详细告知本次调查研究内容及目的，仍不能知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are severe cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders that prevent communication and interaction. 2. Severe postoperative complications or other serious organic lesions occur, making it impossible to get out of bed early. 3. There was a walking disorder before the operation; 4. Suffering from hearing, language and cognitive impairment. 5. Those who still cannot give informed consent after being detailedly informed of the content and purpose of this investigation and research.
