纳入标准：

1. 确诊为银屑病：首先，从电子病历系统中筛选出所有被临床医生明确诊断为银屑病的患者记录。这通常涉及关键词搜索（如“银屑病”、“牛皮癣”等）和诊断编码（如ICD-10中的L40.*系列）的匹配，确保所选病例的诊断准确性。 2. 使用本维莫德乳膏：进一步筛选出在诊断期间或之后有记录显示使用了本维莫德乳膏进行治疗的患者。这需要审查处方记录、药物使用日志或医嘱信息，确认本维莫德乳膏的实际应用情况。 3. 项目拟纳入使用目标药品1000例患者病例，将上述病例分为单独使用本维莫德乳膏组及使用本维莫德乳膏和其它并用药品组进行分层分析。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed diagnosis of psoriasis: Firstly, all patient records clearly diagnosed with psoriasis by clinical doctors are screened out from the electronic medical record system. This usually involves keyword search (such as "psoriasis", "psoriasis vulgaris", etc.) and matching of diagnostic codes (such as the L40.* series in ICD-10) to ensure the diagnostic accuracy of the selected cases. 2. Use of benvitimod cream: Further, patients with records showing the use of benvitimod cream for treatment during or after diagnosis are screened out. This requires reviewing prescription records, medication usage logs or medical orders to confirm the actual application of benvitimod cream. 3. The study plans to include 1000 patient cases using the target medication (benvitimod cream), which will be stratified into two groups for analysis: a benvitimod cream monotherapy group and a combination therapy group receiving benvitimod cream with other concomitant medications.

排除标准：

1. 排除那些诊断不明确或后来被修正为其他皮肤病的病例，确保研究群体的纯粹性； 2. 排除缺乏关键信息如治疗效果反馈、不良反应记录或重要人口统计学数据的病例，因为这些数据对于后续的分析至关重要； 3. 若患者在使用本维莫德乳膏的同时，还接受了可能影响研究结果的其他特殊治疗（如同时使用了其他强效免疫调节药物），则应考虑排除，除非能够通过分层分析或其他统计手段控制这些混杂因素的影响。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude cases with unclear diagnosis or those later revised to other skin diseases to ensure the purity of the study population; 2. Exclude cases lacking key information such as treatment outcome feedback, adverse reaction records or important demographic data, as these data are crucial for subsequent analysis; 3. If a patient uses benvitimod cream while also receiving other special treatments that may affect the research results (such as using other potent immunomodulatory drugs at the same time), they should be considered for exclusion, unless the influence of these confounding factors can be controlled through stratified analysis or other statistical methods.
