研究目的：

评估粪菌微生物移植联合标准四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌负荷、胃炎症状及肠道微生态的影响并探讨机制  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and mechanisms of fecal microbiota transplantation combined with standard quadruple therapy on H. pylori load, gastritis symptoms and gut microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-65岁；②13C-UBT或胃镜Hp阳性；③未接受过根除治疗；④签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-65; 2.13C-UBT or biopsy confirmed H. pylori positive; 3.no prior eradication therapy; 4.signed informed consent.

排除标准：

近3月使用抗生素/益生菌；胃肠手术史；炎症性肠病；免疫缺陷；妊娠/哺乳 ；严重心肝肾功能不全

Exclusion criteria：

1.Antibiotics/probiotics within 3 months; 2.previous gastric surgery; 3.IBD; 4.immunodeficiency; 5.pregnancy/lactation. 6.Severe heart, liver, or kidney failure
