Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Correlation Between Intra-abdominal Pressure and Gut Microbiota with the Prognosis of Patients Receiving Early Enteral Nutrition in the ICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁； 2.患者收治及诊断符合中华医学会制定的《ICU收治病人范围及相关规定》； 3.入科时腹内压正常； 4.受试者或其家属充分理解患者须知，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 18 years; 2. Patient admission and diagnosis comply with the Chinese Medical Association's "Guidelines for ICU Patient Admission and Related Regulations; 3. Normal intra-abdominal pressure upon admission; 4. The subject or their family fully understands the patient information and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.预期ICU住院天数小于7天； 2.入住ICU后48h后不能行肠内营养者； 3.有肠道相关手术史及先天性肠道畸形史； 4.患肠梗阻、活动性消化道出血、严重肠道感染等慢性或急性肠道疾病； 5.过去6个月内接受过抗生素以及益生菌等影响肠道菌群的药物治疗； 6.严重营养不良； 7.严重免疫功能低下的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Expected ICU length of stay less than 7 days; 2. Unable to receive enteral nutrition 48 hours after ICU admission; 3. History of intestinal surgery or congenital intestinal malformations; 4. Chronic or acute intestinal diseases such as intestinal obstruction, active gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe intestinal infection; 5. Received antibiotic therapy or probiotics affecting gut microbiota within the past 6 months; 6. Severe malnutrition; 7. Patients with severe immunodeficiency .
