研究目的：

1.探明我国儿童早期运动协调障碍与睡眠问题的发生率、特征及共病情况； 2.分析性别、年龄、地域、家庭养育方式等变量对运动和睡眠发育的影响； 3.初步构建适用于中国儿童的运动—睡眠健康风险筛查模型； 4.为制定儿童早期干预政策和发展多维评估工具提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the incidence, characteristics, and comorbidities of early motor coordination disorders and sleep problems in children in China; 2. Analyze the impact of variables such as gender, age, region, and family upbringing on exercise and sleep development; 3. Preliminary construction of a screening model for exercise sleep health risks applicable to Chinese children; 4. Provide data support for the development of early childhood intervention policies and multidimensional assessment tools.

纳入标准：

1.居住在研究地区6个月以上，并在研究地区所在医院产科检查和分娩；
2.主要照护人具有小学以上文化程度；
3.能完成问卷调查及相关评估；

Inclusion criteria

1.Residing in the study area for more than 6 months and undergoing obstetric examination and delivery at the hospital in the study area;
2.The primary caregiver has a primary school education or above;
3.Capable of completing questionnaire surveys and related evaluations;

排除标准：

1.明确诊断的重大神经系统疾病（如脑瘫、癫痫）；
2.严重感觉障碍（如失明、耳聋）；
3.研究期间家属无法配合者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Clearly diagnosed major neurological disorders (such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy);
2.Severe sensory disorders (such as blindness and deafness);
3.Those whose family members are unable to cooperate during the research period;
