拟通过反向跳（CMJ）经典测试，观察测试前不同类型喊叫（中性、积极、咒骂）对下肢运动表现的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of different types of vocalization (neutral, positive, and swearing) prior to testing on lower limb athletic performance, utilizing classic assessments the Countermovement Jump (CMJ) , and providing a scientific pre-competition activation strategies.

纳入标准：

健康成年男性被试

Inclusion criteria

Healthy adult male participants

排除标准：

1.神经、心理或心血管疾病； 2.服用作用于中枢神经系统的药物； 3.试验前24小时内摄入咖啡因或酒精； 4.上肢、下肢或躯干近期运动损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of neurological, psychiatric, or cardiovascular diseases; 2. Current use of medications acting on the central nervous system (CNS); 3. Consumption of caffeine or alcohol within 24 hours prior to the experiment; 4. Recent musculoskeletal injuries to the upper limbs, lower limbs, or trunk.

实验员指导受试者从箱子中逐一随机抽取编号为 1 至 4 的四个小球。针对具体的喊叫内容，我们选择了三个中文词汇：无意义词汇“嘿”（hei）、鼓励性词汇“强”（strong）以及咒骂性词汇“操”（fuck），此外还设置了一个不喊叫的基准条件（baseline）。

For the specific shouting content, we selected three Chinese words: hei for the meaningless word, strong for the encouraging word, and fuck for the swearing word, as well as a non-shouting baseline condition.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 数据采集 (Data Collection)：基础信息： 采用受试者报告表（CRF）或数据采集表记录健康被试的基本人口学资料（如姓名、身高、体重等）。测试数据： 运动表现数据（CMJ）通过设备配套软件实时自动采集，并以 Excel (CSV) 格式从原始系统中直接导出，确保数据的客观性与原始性。 2. 数据管理 (Data Management)：数据录入： 由研究人员将纸质表格中的基本信息手动录入电子数据库（Excel），并与软件导出的力学指标进行匹配整合。质量控制： 录入过程实施双人核对制度，确保纸质原始记录与电子数据库的一致性。安全与隐私： 数据库进行脱敏处理（用受试者编号代替姓名），电子文件加密保存，纸质原始资料由专人保管。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection Demographic Information: A customized Case Report Form (CRF) or Data Collection Form was utilized to record the demographic characteristics of the healthy participants (e.g., name, height, and body weight).Test Data: Athletic performance metrics, specifically from the Countermovement Jump (CMJ), were captured in real-time via the equipment's dedicated software. These data were exported directly from the original system in Excel (CSV) format to ensure objectivity and data integrity. 2. Data Management Data Entry: Researchers manually entered the basic information from the paper forms into an electronic database (Excel) and integrated it with the mechanical indices exported from the software. Quality Control: A double-entry and cross-check procedure was implemented during the data entry process to ensure consistency between the original paper records and the electronic database. Security and Privacy: The database was de-identified (using participant IDs instead of names). All electronic files were encrypted and password-protected, while original paper materials were stored securely by designated personnel to protect participant privacy.
