研究目的：

为SuperPATH入路的全髋关节置换术实现创伤小、住院时间短、康复更加迅速的早期目标提供最优化的手术技术方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide an optimized surgical technique for SuperPATH approach total hip arthroplasty, achieving minimal trauma, shorter hospital stay, and faster early recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 35 岁＜年龄＜80 岁； 2. 诊断为股骨头缺血性坏死或股骨颈骨折需行全髋置换手术； 3. 患者均知情同意，签署手术知情同意书及参与临床研究的协议书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 35 years old < age < 80 years old; 2. If diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the femoral head or femoral neck fracture, total hip replacement surgery is required. 3. All patients gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form for the surgery and the agreement for participating in the clinical research.

排除标准：

1. 髋关节发育不良； 2. 既往患侧有髋部手术史； 3. 严重心脑肾等疾病不能耐受手术者； 4. 有血栓史、凝血功能异常者； 5. 有髋关节感染病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hip dysplasia; 2. There is a history of hip surgery on the affected side in the past; 3. Those with severe heart, brain, kidney or other diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Those with a history of thrombosis or abnormal coagulation function; 5. Have a history of hip joint infection.
