研究目的：

本项目计划归纳总结反射式共聚焦显微镜、皮肤镜检查、高频超声及光学相干断层成像，对比组织病理结果，对常见皮肤肿瘤诊断准确率的非劣效性；建立常见皮肤肿瘤的多模态皮肤影像图谱；筛选并验证反射式共聚焦显微镜、皮肤镜检查、高频超声及光学相干断层成像，各项特定影像学指标，及其敏感性和特异性，与组织病理学结果的相关性，从而判定和评估其在皮肤肿瘤辅助诊断方面的价值，验证其在真实世界中的可适用性与潜在优势，为升级常见皮肤肿瘤诊断模式探索新方法，为术中诊断实际应用于临床工作提供决策依据；提升皮肤肿瘤诊断的规范化与精确化，提高早期诊断与病情评估的精确度。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To determine the non inferiority of dermoscopy, reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM), ultrahigh frequency ultrasound (UFU) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) results compared with pathological results in the accuracy of the diagnosis of common skin tumors; 2. To establish a map of common skin tumors in dermoscopy, RCM, UFU and OCT scanning images; 3. To screen and validate specific dermoscopy, RCM, UFU and OCT manifestations and their sensitivity and specificity in relation to patients with skin tumors, and correlation with pathological results; 4. To explore the applicability and potential advantages of skin imaging techniques in the real world of common skin tumors rapid diagnosis, explore new methods for upgrading the traditional pathological diagnosis mode, and provide decision-making basis for the actual application of imaging platform in clinical pathology. Improve the standardization and precision of skin tumors diagnosis, and enhance the accuracy of early diagnosis and disease assessment.

纳入标准：

(1)特征及诊断均符合诊疗标准或共识（黑素细胞痣、 蓝痣、 晕痣、 黑素瘤、 基底细胞癌、 脂溢性角化、 鳞状细胞癌、 鲍温病、 日光性角化、 纵行黑甲、 皮肤纤维瘤、 毛发上皮瘤、 毛母质瘤、 囊肿等等） ；(2)有清晰的影像学图像资料；(3)有完整组织病理学资料；(4)自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients's characteristics and diagnosis of skin tumors meet the clinical diagnostic criteria or consensus; 2. Images are clear and complete; 3. Informed skin tumors biopsy and pathological diagnosis were confirmed. 4. The subjects voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）皮损部位无法放置检查设备检测者；(2)特殊情况不能接受组织病理学检查者；(3)有严重心、 肝、 肾及神经系统疾病等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients whose skin lesions cannot be accessed for examination by placing inspection equipment; 2. Individuals who cannot undergo histopathological examination due to special circumstances; 3. Individuals with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, and nervous system.
