研究目的：

通过比较不同种类人工晶体计算公式对眼轴>26mm的白内障患者人工晶体度数的准确性及对误差进行分析，达到精准屈光性白内障的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the accuracy of different types of intraocular lens (IOL) calculation formulas for cataract patients with an axial length >26mm, and analyzing the errors, we aim to achieve precise refractive cataract surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.了解研究目的；
2.全身状况良好，无其他全身性疾病；
3.患者及家属了解手术风险并要求手术；
4.手术顺利完成并植入人工晶体；

Inclusion criteria

1.Understand the research purpose;
2.Have good overall health and no other systemic diseases;
3.The patient and family members understand the surgical risks and request the surgery;
4.The surgery is successfully completed and an intraocular lens is implanted;

排除标准：

1.存在严重的全身性疾病，不能进行白内障手术；
2.重度干眼症；
3.存在活动性眼部病变或感染；
4.未经控制的青光眼、严重角膜疾病、眼外伤等；
5.焦虑、抑郁状态或其他严重精神、心理疾病、甲状腺功能障碍等其他内分泌疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe systemic diseases that preclude cataract surgery;
2.Severe dry eye syndrome;
3.Active ocular lesions or infections;
4.Uncontrolled glaucoma, severe corneal diseases, ocular trauma, etc.
5.Anxiety, depression, or other severe mental and psychological disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and other endocrine diseases;
