研究目的：

2.1 主要目的： 调查参与中心内呼吸重症患者基于GLIM标准的营养不良时点患病率。 2.2 次要目的： 分析与营养不良发生相关的临床因素及人口学特征。  

Objectives of Study：

2.1 Primary Objective: To investigate the point prevalence of malnutrition using the GLIM criteria among critically ill respiratory patients in participating centers.2.2 Secondary Objective:To analyze the clinical factors and demographic characteristics associated with the occurrence of malnutrition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 18岁； 2.主要入院诊断包含以下任一：呼吸衰竭、重症肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、肺部感染； 3.入住ICU时间超过24小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age is 18 years or older; 2. The primary admission diagnosis includes any of the following: respiratory failure, severe pneumonia, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), or pulmonary infection; 3. ICU stay duration exceeds 24 hours.

排除标准：

1.外科术后转入ICU的患者； 2.入院前已确诊营养不良的患者； 3.患者或家属拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients transferred to the ICU following surgical procedures; 2. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malnutrition prior to admission; 3. Patients or their families decline to participate in the study.
