研究目的：

基于“脑-肠轴”理论,分析不同母乳喂养比例患儿肠道菌群及其代谢物改变对早产儿神经行为发育临床结局的影响,为NICU母乳喂养实践提供精准医学证据?  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the gut-brain axis theory, this study analyzes the alterations in intestinal microbiota and their metabolites in preterm infants with different breastfeeding proportions, and explores their impact on neurobehavioral developmental outcomes. The aim is to provide precise medical evidence to support breastfeeding practices in the NICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2026 年 1 月至 2026 年 7 月在某市级医院新生儿重症监护室（NICU）住院的早产儿。 1. 出生胎龄<=32周且>=26周，和（或）出生体重<=1500克且>=600克早产儿，且临床资料齐全； 2. 入院日龄<24h； 3. 住院时间>=7d； 4. 无宫内感染，未使用益生菌制剂； 5. 母亲产前使用抗生素<7天； 6. 按要求定期随访； 7. 监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Preterm infants hospitalized in the NICU of a municipal hospital from January 2026 to July 2026. 1. Birth gestational age <=32 weeks and >=26 weeks, and/or birth weight <=1500 g and >=600 g, with complete clinical data; 2. Age at admission <24 h; 3. Hospital stay >=7 d; 4. No intrauterine infection, no use of probiotics; 5. Maternal prenatal antibiotic use <7 days; 6. Regular follow-up as required; 7. Informed consent signed by guardians.

排除标准：

1. 有缺氧缺血性脑病、胆红素脑病、癫痫、中枢神经系统感染、MRI检查报告存在脑发育异常或畸形、明确头颅外伤等疾病； 2. 有先天性发育畸形、先天性免疫缺陷疾病、严重的心脏病及先天性遗传代谢性疾病； 3. 出生1分钟Apgar评分<3分； 4. 1周内自动出院或死亡的婴儿； 5. 临床资料不完善。

Exclusion criteria：

1.?Having diseases such as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, bilirubin encephalopathy, epilepsy, central nervous system infection, abnormal brain development or malformation confirmed by MRI, and definite craniocerebral trauma;
2.?Having congenital malformations, congenital immunodeficiency diseases, severe heart diseases, and congenital inborn errors of metabolism;
3.?Apgar score < 3 at 1 minute after birth;
4.?Infants who voluntarily discharged from hospital or died within 1 week;
5.?Incomplete clinical data.
