研究目的：

基于临床特征，建立适用学龄前儿童肠道病毒感染所致出疹性疾病的评分模型，扩展该临床诊断评分模型临床适用人群。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on clinical characteristics, a scoring model has been established for the assessment of exanthematous diseases caused by enterovirus infections in preschool children. This clinical diagnostic scoring model aims to expand its applicability to a broader population within the clinical setting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.4岁<=年龄<=6岁； 2.皮疹表现； 3.皮疹病程<=3天； 4.监护人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. 4 years <= age <= 6 years; 2. rash presentation; 3. duration of rash <= 3 days; 4. Guardian signed informed consent;

排除标准：

1.明确诊断为麻疹、风疹或水痘或其它疾病患者； 2.不能配合咽拭子采集；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients diagnosed with measles, rubella, varicella, or other diseases;
2.Patients who are unable to cooperate with throat swab collection;
