研究目的：

(1) 探索高频 rTMS 刺激左侧 DLPFC 对 NSSI 行为及其成瘾程度的疗效。 (2) 通过联合分析多模态磁共振与量表评估，初步探究高频rTMS 刺激左侧 DLPFC 对具有成瘾特征的 NSSI 的作用机制，包括其对脑区可塑性、跨网络信息交互的调控效应。 (3) 通过分析临床数据和多模态磁共振成像数据，探索具有成瘾特征的非自杀性自伤的神经影像标志物，为后续构建精准干预方法提供数据支持和潜在靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the efficacy of high-frequency rTMS targeting the left DLPFC on NSSI behaviors and their addictive severity.(2) To preliminarily explore the mechanisms of high-frequency rTMS targeting the left DLPFC in NSSI with addictive features, including its regulatory effects on brain plasticity and inter-network information interaction, through combined analysis of multimodal MRI and scale assessments.(3) To identify neuroimaging biomarkers of non-suicidal self-injury with addictive features by analyzing clinical data and multimodal MRI data, thereby providing data support and potential targets for developing precise intervention strategies in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 DSM-5 非自杀性自伤的诊断标准：过去 12 个月有至少 5 次 NSSI 行为，过去一个月至少存在 1 次 NSSI；
2.具有 NSSI 成瘾性特征 （渥太华自我伤害调查表成瘾分量表中，评分＞2 分的条目数≥3 个）；
3.年龄 13～23 周岁，性别不限；
4.当前未使用任何精神药物或已接受稳定精神药物治疗方案，且研究期间同意继续维持原方案；
5.右利手使用者；
6.受试者签署知情同意书，若受试者未满 18 周岁，由家属签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI): having engaged in NSSI behavior on at least five occasions in the past 12 months, with at least one episode occurring in the past month; 2.Exhibiting addictive features of NSSI (as indicated by scoring > 2 on >= 3 items of the Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory addiction subscale); 3.Aged 13 to 23 years, with no gender restrictions; 4.Currently not using any psychotropic medications or having received a stable psychopharmacological treatment regimen, and agreeing to continue maintaining the original regimen during the study period; 5.Right-handed; 6.The subject signs the informed consent form; if the subject is under 18 years old, the informed consent form shall be signed by their legal guardian.

排除标准：

1.患有双相情感障碍、精神分裂症或其它精神病性 障碍，强迫障碍，注意缺陷多动障碍、自闭症等其它神经发育障碍， 边缘人格障碍；
2.带有心脏起搏器或耳蜗植入者；
3.既往有头颅外伤史或癫痫发作史；
4.入组前 3 个月内接受过改良电抽搐治疗或经颅电刺激或经颅磁刺激；
5.伴有严重躯体疾病、酒精或药物依赖者、 精神发育迟滞以及不能完成检查者；
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
7.有严重自杀意念及行为者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders, or borderline personality disorder; 2.Individuals with a cardiac pacemaker or cochlear implant; 3.History of head trauma or seizure; 4.Have undergone modified electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial electrical stimulation, or transcranial magnetic stimulation within the past 3 months prior to enrollment; 5.Individuals with severe physical illnesses, alcohol or substance dependence, intellectual disability, or those unable to complete the required assessments. 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7.Individuals with severe suicidal ideation or behaviors.
