Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the impact of mindfulness intervention on social alienation among HIV/AIDS patients and their spouses based on the dual coping disease management theory, and evaluate its effectiveness in reducing social isolation, enhancing psychological resilience, and strengthening social support. By deeply analyzing the application of mindfulness intervention in this specific group, the study aims to provide more effective psychological intervention strategies for HIV/AIDS patients and their family members, promote the improvement of patients' mental health and social adaptability, and provide empirical support for the formulation of relevant intervention theories and public health policies.

纳入标准：

1.HIV/AIDS确诊患者及其配偶（关系稳定≥1年）； 2.年龄≥18岁，具备基本沟通能力； 3.自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed HIV/AIDS patients and their spouses (with a stable relationship for >=1 year); 2. Aged >=18 years with basic communication skills; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重精神障碍或认知缺陷； 2.近期接受过类似心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a serious mental disorder or cognitive deficit; 2. recently received similar psychological intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

干预期间所有问卷数据由经过统一培训的研究人员在基线、干预结束后以面对面访谈或纸质问卷形式收集。所有原始问卷在双人独立录入后进行一致性比对，不一致项由第三人核实。电子数据均存储于密码保护的主要研究者电脑中，并按组别编码管理，避免暴露参与者隐私信息。研究负责人定期对数据完整性、逻辑一致性和缺失情况进行审查。所有纸质材料均存放于专门的资料柜中，由专人负责管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

During the intervention period, all questionnaire data were collected by researchers who had undergone unified training, either through face-to-face interviews or paper questionnaires, at baseline and after the intervention. All original questionnaires were independently entered by two people and then compared for consistency. Inconsistencies were verified by a third person. Electronic data were stored on a password-protected computer of the principal investigator and managed by group coding to avoid exposing participants' private information. The research leader regularly reviewed the data for completeness, logical consistency, and missing information. All paper materials were stored in a dedicated filing cabinet and managed by a designated person.
