研究目的：

依据原“中华人民共和国卫生部”于2010年发布的卫生行业标准WS/T 326.3-2010《牙膏功效评价 第3部分 抑制牙菌斑和（或）减轻牙龈炎症》，对上海美加净日化有限公司已上市牙膏产品“美加净抗敏护龈牙膏”的抑制牙菌斑以及减轻牙龈炎症的功效作用进行临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the original “Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China” health industry standard WS/T 326.3-2010 “Evaluation of Toothpaste Efficacy Part 3: Inhibition of Dental Plaque and/or Reduction of Gingival Inflammation,” clinical research was conducted on the efficacy of Shanghai Meijiajing Daily Chemical Co., Ltd.'s marketed toothpaste product “Meijiajing Sensitive Gum Care Toothpaste” in inhibiting dental plaque and reducing gingival inflammation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全身健康状况良好、无重要的全身系统性疾病、有20颗以上可检测的牙齿。 2.年龄在18周岁~70周岁。 3.具有牙龈炎（BOP%>=50%，GI2~3）。 4.没有同时参加其他类似试验研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.In good overall health with no significant systemic diseases and at least 20 detectable teeth. 2.Ages 18 to 70. 3.Presence of gingivitis (BOP% >= 50%, GI 2–3). 4.No other similar trials or studies were conducted concurrently.

排除标准：

1.对试验牙膏成分有过敏史。 2.现在服用的药物（如：抗生素、甲硝唑等）可能对试验结果有影响的，或习惯使用漱口水者。 3.3个月内使用过其他抑菌或抗炎类牙膏。 4.口腔内有开放性龋齿或黏膜病变。 5.患严重的牙周炎。 6.有吸烟、咀嚼槟榔等影响口腔健康的不良习惯。 7.患有糖尿病、高血压等可能影响牙周健康的疾病。 8.有智力或其他缺陷而不能自主进行刷牙等口腔卫生维护者。 9.处于妊娠期和哺乳期内的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of allergy to ingredients in the test toothpaste.
2.Medications currently being taken (e.g., antibiotics, metronidazole, etc.) that may affect test results, or individuals who habitually use mouthwash.
3.Used other antibacterial or anti-inflammatory toothpaste within the past 3 months.
4.Open cavities or mucosal lesions are present in the oral cavity.
5.Suffering from severe periodontitis.
6.Habits such as smoking and chewing betel nuts that adversely affect oral health.
7.Conditions such as diabetes and hypertension that may affect periodontal health.
8.Individuals with intellectual or other disabilities who are unable to independently perform oral hygiene maintenance such as brushing their teeth.
9.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
