研究目的：

低氧预适应（Acclimatization）是预先给予低氧刺激后，机体获得对后续更严重低氧的耐受现象及保护效应，属于内源性保护机制；对于预防和治疗多种缺血缺氧性疾病，以及军事、体育、航空航天，高原医学等领域都有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Hypoxia preconditioning (Acclimatization) refers to the phenomenon of the body's tolerance and protective effect to subsequent more severe hypoxia after being given hypoxia stimulation in advance, which belongs to an endogenous protective mechanism. It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of various ischemic and hypoxic diseases, as well as in fields such as military, sports, aerospace, and plateau medicine.

纳入标准：

招募80例年龄在30-50岁健康男性参与试验，所有受试者均为平原居民，身体健康，BMI在年龄正常范围内，无家族遗传病史及呼吸道疾病，进行试验前6个月内，无1500米以上高原或者人工模拟低氧环境暴露史。受试者被明确告知4000米低氧环境可能带来的不适症状，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

A total of 80 healthy men aged 30 to 50 were recruited to participate in the trial. All subjects were residents of the plain, in good health, with a BMI within the normal age range, no family history of genetic diseases or respiratory diseases, and no exposure history to high-altitude areas above 1,500 meters or artificially simulated hypoxic environments within 6 months before the trial. The subjects were clearly informed of the possible discomfort symptoms caused by the low-oxygen environment at 4,000 meters and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

年龄大于50岁，合并心肺功能异常、贫血疾病、幽闭恐怖综合症及倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those over 50 years old, with abnormal heart and lung function, anemia, claustrophobia syndrome and a tendency towards it.
