研究目的：

评价通络明目治疗非增生期糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongluo Mingmu therapy in treating non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-70岁（包含两端值）；
2.至少1只眼确诊为2型糖尿病导致的非增生期糖尿病视网膜病变；
3.至少12周内接受稳定的降糖治疗；
4.受试者自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18-70 years (inclusive);
2.At least one eye diagnosed with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy caused by type 2 diabetes;
3.Having received stable glycemic control treatment for at least 12 weeks;
4.The subject voluntarily signs the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1. 糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平> 8%； 2. 曾接受过视网膜激光光凝治疗或适合光凝治疗者； 3. 规律服用降压药物后血压仍大于160/100mmHg者； 4. 12周内使用治疗DR以及改善微循环的药物； 5. 患有其他眼部疾病，如青光眼、白内障、非糖尿病性视网膜病变、葡萄膜炎、视网膜脱离、视神经疾病或高度近视； 6. 肝或肾功能损害符合以下情况之一的：丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)＞2.0×ULN，血肌酐（Cr）＞2.0×ULN、尿素氮（BUN）/尿素（UREA）＞2.0×ULN； 7. 血脂情况符合下列之一的：总胆固醇＞2.0×ULN，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇＞2.0×ULN，甘油三酯＞2.0×ULN； 8. .患有严重精神或心理疾病者； 9. 孕妇、计划怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 10. 对试验药物成份过敏者； 11. 在过去三个月内参加过其他临床试验； 12. 研究者认为受试者有潜在风险或其它因素不适宜参加本试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level > 8%;
2.Having previously received retinal laser photocoagulation treatment or being eligible for photocoagulation therapy;
3.Blood pressure remaining >160/100 mmHg despite regular use of antihypertensive medications;
4.Use of medications for diabetic retinopathy (DR) or microcirculation improvement within the past 12 weeks;
5.Presence of other ocular diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, non-diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic nerve disorders, or high myopia;
6.Impaired liver or kidney function meeting any of the following criteria: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL), or alkaline phosphatase (ALP) > 2.0 × ULN; serum creatinine (Cr) > 2.0 × ULN; blood urea nitrogen (BUN)/urea (UREA) > 2.0 × ULN;
7.Abnormal lipid profile meeting any of the following criteria: total cholesterol > 2.0 × ULN, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol > 2.0 × ULN, triglycerides > 2.0 × ULN;
8.History of severe psychiatric or psychological disorders;
9.Pregnant women, those planning pregnancy, or lactating women;
10.Allergy to any component of the investigational drug;
11.Participation in other clinical trials within the past three months;
12.Investigator’s judgment that the subject has potential risks or other factors making them unsuitable for participation in this trial;
