研究目的：

本项目主要目的是针对不同肿瘤类型进行肿瘤微环境的全谱系进行分析，从而获得更全面的肿瘤微环境样貌，描述出肿瘤微环境中共有的环境参数，为深层次提示其相互作用提供客观参考。次要目的是开发新的肿瘤诊断产品。探索性目的是获得方法学经验，为其他项目的开展提供基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive pedigree analysis of the tumor microenvironment across various tumor types, thereby obtaining a more holistic understanding of the tumor microenvironment and identifying common environmental parameters within it. This will provide an objective reference for deeper insights into their interactions. The secondary objective is to develop new tumor diagnostic products. The exploratory goal is to gain methodological experience, serving as a foundation for the execution of other projects.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-70岁之间； 2.门诊或住院患者； 3.经病理学检查诊断为鼻咽癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌、畸胎瘤、肾透明细胞癌、甲状腺癌、胶质瘤癌、皮肤癌、黑色素瘤、T淋巴瘤、B淋巴瘤、食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胆管癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌、脑/中枢神经系统肿瘤（胶质瘤、神经母细胞瘤、脑膜瘤、垂体瘤、听神经瘤）的患者以及接受扁桃体、阑尾手术的患者； 4.肿瘤患者至少一个可测量、可切除、可评估的病灶且活肿瘤直径≥1cm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18-70 years old; 2. Outpatients or inpatients; 3. Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, Lung cancer, Esophageal cancer, Gastric cancer, Liver cancer, Cholangiocarcinoma, Colorectal cancer,Pancreatic cancer, Prostate cancer, Clear cell renal cell carcinoma, Breast cancer, Cervical cancer, Ovarian cancer, Skin cancer, Melanoma, thyroid cancer, T-cell lymphoma, B-cell lymphoma, Teratoma, or other brain/central nervous system tumors (including Glioma, Neuroblastoma, Meningioma, Pituitary-tumor, and Acoustic neuroma) confirmed by pathological examination, as well as patients undergoing tonsillectomy or appendectomy; 4. Tumor patients must have at least one measurable, resectable, and assessable lesion with a live tumor diameter of >= 1cm.

排除标准：

1.临床病理信息不全者，缺少以下内容（手术切除标本类型、肿瘤部位、大体描述）； 2.病理诊断不明确者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical pathological information, lacking the following contents (type of surgical resection specimen, tumor location, gross description); 2. Those with an unclear pathological diagnosis.
