研究目的：

主要研究目的 比较竖脊肌平面阻滞与胸椎旁阻滞在胸腔镜手术患者中对术后慢性胃肠功能恢复发生率及长期镇痛效果的影响，评估两种区域神经阻滞方式在临床应用中的优劣。 次要研究目的 比较两种阻滞方式对术后急性疼痛控制效果的差异；评估两种阻滞方式对患者术后镇痛满意度的影响；比较围术期不良反应的发生情况；分析不同镇痛策略对患者术后恢复及长期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Research Objective To compare the effects of erector spinae plane block and paravertebral block on the incidence of postoperative chronic gastrointestinal function recovery and long-term analgesic effects in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these two regional nerve block methods in clinical practice. Secondary Research Objectives To compare the differences in postoperative acute pain control between the two block methods; to evaluate the impact of the two block methods on patients' postoperative analgesia satisfaction; to compare the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions; and to analyze the effects of different analgesic strategies on patients' postoperative recovery and long-term prognosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18 岁； 2.拟在盐城市第三人民医院接受择期胸腔镜手术的患者； 3.ASA 分级 I–III 级； 4.能够理解研究内容并自愿签署知情同意书； 5.能够配合术后疼痛评估及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients planning to undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery at Yancheng Third People’s Hospital; 3. ASA grade I–III; 4. Able to understand the study content and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 5. Able to cooperate with postoperative pain assessment and follow-up.

排除标准：

1.对局麻药或相关药物过敏者； 2.存在凝血功能障碍或穿刺部位感染； 3.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全； 4.既往存在慢性疼痛综合征或长期镇痛药物使用史； 5.无法完成随访或依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals allergic to local anesthetics or related drugs; 2. Those with coagulation disorders or infections at the puncture site; 3. Severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 4. A history of chronic pain syndrome or long-term use of analgesic medications; 5. Individuals unable to complete follow-up or with poor compliance.
