研究目的：

探讨妇科腹腔镜手术中PETCO2水平与患者术后恶心呕吐的相互关系 ，为围术期恶心呕吐综合防治策略的制定提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the relationship between PetCO2 level and postoperative nausea and vomiting in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and to provide reference for the development of comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy of perioperative nausea and vomiting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.ASAⅠ～Ⅲ； 3.在气静复合麻醉下进行妇科腹腔镜手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA class I–Ⅲ; 3. Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under Intravenous Inhalation Combined with general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.BMI＜16或＞35 kg/m2； 2.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 3.合并晕动症病史； 4.严重肝、肾疾病； 5.糖尿病； 6.慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 7.术前72h使用过止吐药物； 8.术前两周接受化疗； 9.手术时间＜1h。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI < 16 or > 35 kg/m^2; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. History of motion sickness; 4. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 7. Antiemetic drugs were used 72h before operation; 8. Received chemotherapy two weeks before surgery; 9. The operation time was less than 1h.
