研究目的：

本研究回顾性分析短时程眶上神经电刺激术或重复眶上神经脉冲射频术治疗眼带状疱疹性神经痛的疗效，为进一步探索针对眼带状疱疹性神经痛新的治疗方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzes the efficacy of short-term supraorbital nerve electrical stimulation or repeated supraorbital nerve pulsed radiofrequency in treating ophthalmic herpes zoster neuralgia, providing a basis for further exploration of new treatment options for ophthalmic herpes zoster neuralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄超过 18 岁，（2）眼带状疱疹神经痛者，（3）数字评分量表（NRS）疼痛评分大于 5 分（评分范围为 0 至 10 分）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged more than 18 years; (2) Ophthalmic Herpes Zoster Neuralgia ; (3) Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain score > 5 on a scale of 0–10.

排除标准：

（1）无法向调查人员准确描述疼痛情况（例如，存在语言障碍和神经精神疾病），（2）存在其他慢性神经痛病史，（3）存在穿刺禁忌症（例如，凝血功能障碍、穿刺部位感染或肿瘤）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Inability to properly describe the pain to investigators (e.g., language barrier and neuropsychiatric disorders); (2)Preexisting other chronic neuralgia; (3) Puncture contraindications (e.g., coagulopathy, puncture site infection or tumor).
