研究目的：

1、核心目标：?探讨高脂饮食、肥胖/超重、倒班等饮食生活方式因素与男性精子质量的关联性。 2、机制目标：?识别与不良生活方式和精子质量受损均相关的关键血清代谢物及代谢通路。 3、中介分析目标：?验证血清代谢组在生活方式暴露与精子质量关联中的中介效应，初步阐明其内在生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Core objective: To explore the correlation between dietary and lifestyle factors such as high-fat diet, obesity/overweight, and shift work and male sperm quality. 2. Mechanism Objective: Identify key serum metabolites and metabolic pathways associated with both unhealthy lifestyles and impaired sperm quality. 3. Objective of mediating analysis: To verify the mediating effect of the serum metabolome in the association between lifestyle exposure and sperm quality, and to preliminarily clarify its underlying biological mechanism.

纳入标准：

1.?20-45岁男性，有固定伴侣。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male aged 20 to 45 with a steady partner.

排除标准：

1.有先天性生殖系统疾病、精索静脉曲张III度以上、泌尿生殖系统感染、染色体异常、近期服用影响精子药物或激素、诊断为无精子症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with congenital reproductive system diseases, varicocele of grade III or above, urinary and reproductive system infections, chromosomal abnormalities, recent use of drugs or hormones that affect sperm, or diagnosed with azoospermia.
