1. 分析儿童青少年周边视网膜离焦量的分布特点； 2. 探索儿童青少年周边视网膜离焦量与近视发生发展的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄6-15周岁； 2. 最佳矫正视力>=1.0； 3. 散光<=1.50D； 4. 双眼屈光参差<=1.50D； 5. 自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.?? All children in grades 6–15 ; 2. Best-corrected visual acuity equal or more than1.0?? 3. The astigmatism is equal or less than1.50 D; 4.?? The anisometropia is equal or less than1.50 D; 5. Participants voluntarily sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1. 双眼或单眼合并角膜、虹膜、晶状体、眼底病变等影响视力的器质性病变及斜弱视受试者； 2. 患有严重的全身疾病者，如心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏，造血系统和精神疾病者； 3. 精神病受试者及交流障碍受试者； 4. 项目开始前3月内或正在使用其他近视防控手段，如中医外治法治疗（包括针刺、电针、推拿、灸疗、耳穴压豆等）、角膜塑形镜、渐进多焦点眼镜、周边离焦控制镜、多焦点软性隐形眼镜、低浓度阿托品滴眼液、视觉训练等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with organic lesions such as corneal, iris, lens, and fundus lesions that affect vision in both or one eye, as well as subjects with amblyopia; 2. Individuals with severe systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and mental disorders; 3. Individuals with communication disorders and mental illness; 4. Children under myopia-control treatments are excluded within 3 months prior to the start of the project, including Long term use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods (including acupuncture, electroacupuncture, tuina, moxibustion, ear acupressure, etc.), orthokeratology, progressive multifocal spectacles, peripheral defocus spectacles, multifocal and defocus soft contact lenses, low concentration atropine eye drops, visual therapy and other related treatments that have not been terminated;

采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，整个抽样过程由1名独立的统计学家完成。第一阶段采用抽签法选取1个城镇和1个农村地区；第二阶段采用方便抽样选取4所学校（2所小学、2 所初中）；第三阶段采用抽签法从小学每个年级抽取5个班，从初中每个年级抽取3个班，抽选的班级整体纳入研究。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted. The entire sampling process was conducted by one independent statistician. In the first stage, one urban area and one rural area were selected by lottery. In the second stage, four schools (two primary schools and two junior high schools) were selected using convenience sampling. In the third stage, five classes from each grade of primary schools and three classes from each grade of junior high schools were randomly selected by lottery, and the selected classes were included in the study as clusters.
