研究目的：

在现代医学中，小儿影像检查是诊断和评估儿童疾病的重要手段。然而，这些检查通常要求患儿在检查过程中保持静止，以确保检查顺利进行，从而获得满足疾病诊断和评估要求的清晰影像图像。对于年幼的患儿来说，这可能是一个挑战，因为他们可能因为恐惧、焦虑或不适而难以保持静止。为了解决这个问题，临床通常需要借助药物镇静来确保检查的顺利进行。尽管药物镇静在许多情况下是有效的，但它也带来了一系列的风险和副作用，包括呼吸抑制、心率变化、过敏反应等。寻找和评估非药物镇静技术，以辅助或替代药物镇静，成为了一个重要的研究方向。鉴于此，本研究探讨非药物镇静技术（睡眠剥夺）在小儿影像检查中的应用效果，旨在为临床实践中镇静药物的合理化、个性化应用提供科学、可靠的参考依据，以期改善镇静效果，提高小儿首次镇静检查的成功率，降低与镇静相关的风险，并改善患者的就医体验。此外，通过优化镇静方案，我们还希望能够提升临床工作效率，减少医疗资源的消耗。  

Objectives of Study：

In modern medicine, pediatric imaging examination is an important means to diagnose and evaluate children's diseases. However, these tests usually require the child to remain still during the examination to ensure that the examination is carried out smoothly, resulting in a clear image image that meets the requirements for diagnosis and evaluation of the disease. This can be a challenge for young children, who may have difficulty staying still because of fear, anxiety, or discomfort. In order to solve this problem, clinical sedation is usually required to ensure the smooth progress of the examination. Although drug sedation is effective in many cases, it comes with a host of risks and side effects, including respiratory depression, heart rate changes, allergic reactions, and more. Finding and evaluating non-drug sedation techniques to supplement or replace drug sedation has become an important research direction. In view of this, this study discusses the application effect of non-drug sedation technology (sleep deprivation) in pediatric imaging examination, aiming to provide scientific and reliable reference basis for the rationalization and personalized application of sedation drugs in clinical practice, in order to improve sedation effect, increase the success rate of the first sedation examination in children, reduce the risks related to sedation, and improve patients' medical experience. In addition, by optimizing sedation protocols, we also hope to improve clinical work

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.3个月至4岁小儿，性别不分；

Inclusion criteria

1.Children aged 3 months to 4 years, regardless of sex;

排除标准：

1.水合氯醛过敏者；有重度肝/肾功能不全、心脏功能严重障碍者、有呼吸功能障碍者、有卟啉病、有胃炎或正在接受抗凝药治疗的患者。有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的儿童；腹泻、直肠手术、血便、有直肠炎和结肠炎病史及其他不宜行保留灌肠者 。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Chloral hydrate allergy;
2.Patients with severe hepatic/renal insufficiency, severe cardiac dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction, porphyria, gastritis, or being treated with anticoagulants. Children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
3.Patients with diarrhea, rectal surgery, bloody stool, history of proctitis and colitis, and others who should not perform retention enema.
