通过回顾性研究，探索描述造血干细胞移植患者在不同时间节点的主要症状发生频率及严重程度，从而解释症状之间的共现模式及其随时间的动态变化，进一步可评估症状与患者重要临床结局的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective study, we explored the frequency and severity of major symptoms in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at different time points, so as to explain the co-occurrence pattern between symptoms and its dynamic changes over time, and further evaluate the correlation between symptoms and important clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

1.接受自体或异基因造血干细胞移植者； 2.有完整的电子病历记录，包括症状相关信息、重要临床指标和180天内随访结果.

Inclusion criteria

1. Recipients of autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Have complete electronic medical records, including symptom related information, important clinical indicators and follow-up results within 180 days.

排除标准：

1.重要随访信息缺失； 2.同期参加其他干预性临床研究导致数据不可比.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing important follow-up information; 2. Data incomparable due to participating in other interventional clinical studies in the same period.
