研究目的：

本研究拟采用富含IL-27受体小分子激动剂的药食同源材料制成的食品，结合肠道微生物干预，观察这一组合对自闭症的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to utilize food products made from edible and medicinal materials rich in small molecule agonists of the IL-27 receptor, combined with gut microbiota intervention, to observe the therapeutic effect of this combination on autism.

纳入标准：

1.年龄5-8岁，经ADOS或者CARS确诊为ASD。
2.监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 5-8, diagnosed with ASD through ADOS or CARS.
2.The guardian signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有食物或药物过敏史者、患有严重器质性疾病、遗传代谢病、癫痫控制不佳等。
2.正在参加其他可能干扰结果的干预研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with a history of food or drug allergies, severe organic diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, poorly controlled epilepsy, etc;
2.Is currently participating in other intervention studies that may interfere with the results;

在常规护理基础上，每日服用富含IL-27受体小分子激动剂的食品（健特博动之素）早晚饭后各一条（约100ml温水冲服），同时每日中午饭后服用益生菌1g（37度以下凉开水冲服），连续使用2个疗程（6个月）

On the basis of routine care, take a food product rich in IL-27 receptor small molecule agonists (Jiantebo Dongzhisu) one after each of the morning and evening meals (about 100ml dissolved in warm water), and at the same time take 1g of probiotics (dissolved in cold water below 37 degrees Celsius) after lunch every day. Continue to use this for 2 courses (6 months).

On the basis of routine care, a placebo (an excipient with the same appearance and taste as the experimental group, dissolved in 100ml of warm water) was taken daily, and at the same time, an equal dose of 1g of probiotics (dissolved in cold boiled water below 37 degrees) was taken after lunch every day.
