研究目的：

探讨在动静脉内瘘穿刺段狭窄支架植入后，在支架上穿刺的安全性、有效性及优势。以期延长内瘘的使用寿命，保护患者有限的血管资源。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the safety, efficacy, and advantages of performing punctures on stents following stent implantation for stenosis at the puncture segment of an arteriovenous fistula. This aims to prolong the service life of the fistula and conserve the patient’s limited vascular resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2020 年 01 月至 2025 年 12 月期间在动静脉内瘘中置入支架的患者； 2.动脉内瘘支架植入后在支架上进行穿刺的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent stent placement in arteriovenous fistulas from January 2020 to December 2025; 2. patients who underwent puncture on the stent after arteriovenous fistula stent implantation.

排除标准：

1.意识障碍或认知损害患者； 2.临床资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with consciousness disorder or cognitive impairment; 2. patients with incomplete clinical data.
