研究目的：

结合子宫腺肌病亚型智能诊断模型和专家评价开展一项子宫腺肌病个性化治疗的前瞻性观察性临床研究。 一方面评价AI子宫腺肌病亚型诊断模型的准确度和特异性；另一方面结合本临床研究结果和子宫腺肌病传统治疗策略的回顾性临床研究结果。利用决策树模型进行子宫腺肌病个性化治疗的效果评价及经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective observational clinical study on individualized treatment of adenomyosis was conducted in combination with the intelligent diagnosis model of the subtype of adenomyosis and expert evaluation. On the one hand, the accuracy and specificity of the AI diagnostic model for the subtype of adenomyosis was evaluated; On the other hand, combined with the results of this clinical study and the retrospective clinical study results of traditional treatment strategies for adenomyosis. the effect and economic evaluation of individualized treatment for adenomyosis were evaluated by using decision tree model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.我院门诊或住院经磁共振诊断为子宫腺肌病患者充分了解试验目的、性质、方法以及可能发生的不良反应，自愿作为受试者，并在任何研究程序开始前由本人签署知情同意书，并保证任何程序均将由本人参与研究。
2.年龄为18~56岁（包括18岁和56岁）无生育需求的症状性子宫腺肌病患者。
3.受试者能够和研究者进行良好的沟通，并且理解和遵守本项研究的各项要求者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with adenomyosis diagnosed by MRI in our hospital, who are fully aware of the purpose, nature, method and possible adverse reactions of the test, voluntarily serve as subjects, sign informed consent before any research procedure, and guarantee that they will participate in the study in any procedure.
2.Symptomatic adenomyosis patients aged 18-56 years (including 18 and 56 years) with no need for fertility.
3.The subject is able to communicate well with the investigator and understand and comply with the requirements of the study.

排除标准：

1.不能和研究者进行良好的沟通，不能理解和不遵守本项研究的各项要求者。
2.因受试者单方面原因失访或者随访资料缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who cannot communicate well with the researchers, fail to understand or do not comply with the various requirements of this study.
2.Those who were lost to follow-up due to the subjects' unilateral reasons or whose follow-up data were missing.
