研究目的：

基于现况调查、质性访谈及专家咨询，科学构建一套针对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者的家庭抗逆力护理干预方案。旨在系统提升MHD患者家庭应对逆境的能力，从而改善患者及照顾者生活质量，减轻照顾负担，维护家庭稳定，最终优化整体照护效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on a cross-sectional survey, qualitative interviews, and expert consultation, this study aims to scientifically develop a family resilience nursing intervention program for maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. The goal is to systematically enhance the ability of MHD patients' families to cope with adversities, thereby improving the quality of life for both patients and caregivers, reducing caregiving burden, maintaining family stability, and ultimately optimizing the overall care outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者已开始规律血液透析≥3个月；②患者和照顾者来自同一家庭，一同居住或照顾者离患者距离很近，能及时为患者提供照护；③患者及其照顾者年龄≥18岁；④意识清醒，能理解问卷内容；⑤患者及其照顾者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient has been receiving regular hemodialysis for >= 3 months; 2. The patient and the caregiver are from the same family, living together or the caregiver lives in close proximity to the patient and can provide timely care; 3. Both the patient and their caregiver are aged >= 18 years; 4. They are conscious and able to understand the content of the questionnaire; 5. The patient and their caregiver have provided informed consent.

排除标准：

①患者及其照顾者有认知障碍或精神病史；②患者病情不稳定或照顾者无照护能力；③已参与其他类似研究的患者；④家庭合并其他重大创伤事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient or their caregiver has cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness;
2. The patient’s condition is unstable, or the caregiver is unable to provide care;
3. The patient is already participating in other similar studies;
4. The family is experiencing other major traumatic events.

The researchers will use statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) to first stratify the eligible participants into different subgroups based on key confounding factors that may affect family resilience (such as "patient's hemodialysis duration", "caregiver's educational level", and "family monthly income"). Then, within each subgroup, random number sequences will be generated via the software to allocate participants equally to the intervention group and the control group.
