研究目的：

通过对比评估微型支抗钉辅助下游离龈移植术与传统游离龈移植术两种术式的手术时间及软组织增量效果的差异，为游离龈移植术的改良创新提供高质量的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide high-quality clinical evidence for the improvement and innovation of free gingival grafting by comparatively evaluating the differences in operative time and soft-tissue augmentation between two surgical procedures, namely, free gingival grafting assisted by microscrew and conventional free gingival grafting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18～60 周岁（包含 10 及 60 周岁），性别不限; 2. 后牙区牙齿至少 2 颗缺失或因不可保留的残根残冠等种植修复的患者； 3.种植位点角化龈宽度≤4mm 需要行角化牙龈移植术的患者； 4.种植区或邻牙区牙槽骨能保证种植支抗钉安全固位（离开邻牙牙根/种植体 1.5mm）。 5.在获取充分知情后，自愿参加并签署《知情同意书》的患者，配合接收定期检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–60 years (including 18 and 60 years), no gender restriction; 2. Patients with at least 2 missing posterior teeth, or patients requiring implant restoration due to non-preservable residual roots or crowns; 3. Patients whose implant site has a keratinized gingival width ≤ 4mm and require keratinized gingival grafting; 4. Patients whose alveolar bone in the implant area or adjacent teeth area can ensure the safe fixation of implant anchorage screws (at least 1.5mm away from neighboring tooth roots/implants); 5. Patients who voluntarily participate and sign the "Informed Consent Form" after obtaining full information, and who agree to cooperate with regular check-ups.

排除标准：

1.未控制的糖尿病，免疫系统疾病等全身系统性疾病; 2.一年内接受头颈部放疗; 3.一年内化疗史; 4.未控制的牙周病，余留天然牙不愿接受牙周治疗; 5.活动性的上颌窦感染或者长期上颌窦感染病史; 6.长期每天吸烟超过一包; 7. 心理疾病如抑郁，焦虑无法配合治疗; 8.拒绝治疗后定期复查; 9.怀孕或哺乳期女性,或 2 年内有怀孕准备的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled diabetes, immune system diseases, or other systemic diseases; 2. Head and neck radiotherapy within the past year; 3. History of chemotherapy within the past year; 4. Uncontrolled periodontal disease, unwillingness to undergo periodontal treatment on remaining natural teeth; 5. Active maxillary sinus infection or a history of chronic maxillary sinus infection; 6. Long-term smoking of more than one pack per day; 7. Psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety that prevent cooperation with treatment; 8. Refusal to attend regular follow-up after treatment; 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women planning pregnancy within 2 years.
