研究目的：

通过对比短款单气囊小肠镜辅助ERCP与超声内镜下胆道引流术治疗Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术后胆道疾病的技术成功率和临床成功率，探讨Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术后胆道疾病病人的最佳治疗选择。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the technical success rate and clinical success rate of short single-balloon enteroscopy-assisted ERCP and endoscopic ultrasonic-assisted biliary drainage in the treatment of biliary tract diseases after Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy, the best treatment option for patients with biliary tract diseases after Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80岁； 2.既往行Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术； 3.存在黄疸或者肝功能异常； 4.EUS和/或CT和/或MRI发现肝内胆管扩张； 5.结石＜1.5cm； 6.梗阻部位位于左右肝管汇合部位以下； 7.同意参与该研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80; 2. Previously performed Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy; 3. There is jaundice or abnormal liver function; 4. EUS and/or CT and/or MRI revealed intrahepatic bile duct dilation; 5. The stone is less than 1.5cm; 6. The location of the obstruction is below the confluence of the left and right hepatic ducts; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍者（INR>1.3）及外周血小板计数明显减少<50x10^9/L； 2.孕妇； 3.结石＞1.5cm； 4.胆道高位梗阻； 5.拒绝参与本研究且拒绝签署知情同意书； 6.其他内镜介入治疗禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3) and a significant reduction in peripheral blood plate count <50 × 10^9/L; 2. Pregnant woman; 3. The stone is larger than 1.5cm; 4. High biliary obstruction; 5. Refuse to participate in this study and refuse to sign the informed consent form; 6. Other contraindications for endoscopic interventional therapy;
