研究目的：

探索脓毒症心肌损伤患者诊断、预后价值参考的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring biomarkers with diagnostic and prognostic value in patients with sepsis-induced myocardial injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄>=18岁，男女不限； 2）患者符合脓毒症3.0诊断标准； 3) 符合SMI临床特征：心脏超声提示存在左心收缩不全 LVEF < 50%和（或）合并心室舒张功能不全；心肌损伤，肌钙蛋白T > 14.0 pg/mL；NT-proBNP升高符合心功能不全诊断阈值 4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2) Patients meeting the Sepsis-3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3) Clinical features consistent with SMI: Echocardiography indicates left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF < 50%) and/or diastolic dysfunction; myocardial injury, defined as cardiac troponin T > 14.0 pg/mL; elevated NT-proBNP meeting the diagnostic threshold for cardiac dysfunction; 4) Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）年龄<18周岁； 2）孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 3）恶性肿瘤、免疫系统疾病或器官移植的患者； 4）急性冠脉综合征、心肌炎、肺源性心脏病、扩张性心肌病等器质性心肌病、瓣膜病； 5）既往有心脏手术史、急性肺栓塞或心肺复苏后； 6）入院48小时内死亡或者预后极差的患者； 7）严重肝、肾及凝血功能障碍患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Age < 18 years; 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3) Patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, or organ transplantation; 4) Patients with organic heart diseases, including acute coronary syndrome, myocarditis, pulmonary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, or valvular heart disease; 5) Patients with a history of cardiac surgery, acute pulmonary embolism, or post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 6) Patients who died within 48 hours of admission or had an extremely poor prognosis; 7) Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, or coagulation disorders.
