研究目的：

目前，尿道下裂矫正手术已有数百种方法，但术后如何更好地引流尿液以促进伤口愈合、减少并发症，仍然是外科医生关注和探索的重点。在手术后，我们通常需要放置一根导管来引流尿液，但具体使用哪种方式效果更好，目前医学界尚无统一标准。我们计划开展这项临床研究，旨在科学地比较“单管法”与“双管法”这两种尿液引流方式的安全性和有效性。您的参与将有助于我们找到对患儿更优的术后康复方案，为未来更多患有相同疾病的孩子提供更好的治疗和护理依据。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there are hundreds of methods for hypospadias correction surgery. However, how to better drain urine after the operation to promote wound healing and reduce complications remains a focus of attention and exploration for surgeons. After the operation, we usually need to place a catheter to drain urine, but there is no unified standard in the medical field regarding which method is more effective. We plan to conduct this clinical study to scientifically compare the safety and effectiveness of the "single catheter method" and the "double catheter method" for urine drainage. Your participation will help us find a better postoperative rehabilitation plan for children and provide a better basis for treatment and care for more children with the same disease in the future.

纳入标准：

1. 符合尿道下裂疾病的诊断标准； 2. 符合尿道板切开卷管术的手术适应症； 3. 患者自愿参与本研究，并签署书面知情同意书，愿意配合随访

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypospadias. 2. Meet the surgical indications for urethral plate incision and tubularization. 3. The patient voluntarily participates in this study, signs a written informed consent form, and is willing to cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 不符合尿道下裂疾病的诊断标准； 2. 患者患有免疫缺陷疾病史（如HIV等），或癌症、恶性肿瘤病史，或自身免疫性疾病史，或心、脑血管严重疾病，或患有其他可能显著减少预期寿命疾病； 3. 具有任何可能影响方案依从性的疾病史（如严重精神障碍、认知功能障碍、药物滥用或成瘾等）； 4. 研究者判断不宜参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for hypospadias disease; 2. Patients with a history of immunodeficiency diseases (such as HIV, etc.), or a history of cancer, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy; 3. Has any disease history that may affect compliance with the protocol (such as severe mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, drug abuse or addiction, etc.); 4. Patients judged by the researcher as unsuitable for participation in this study.
