This study aims to explore the impact of high-fidelity simulation training on the leadership roles and clinical decision-making of nursing teams at different levels.

纳入标准：

1.在浙江大学医学院附属第四医院工作的注册护士，临床工作时间大于1年，自愿参与调研；

Inclusion criteria

1.Registered nurses working at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine with over one year of clinical experience who voluntarily participated in the survey.

排除标准：

1.有躯体或精神疾病； 2.借调人员； 3.进修护士； 4.实习护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with physical or mental health conditions; 2. Temporary staff on assignment; 3. Nurses on advanced training; 4. Student nurses.

由研究者将80名不同层级的护士分为两组，计算机生成随机数随机分配，奇数作为对照组，偶数作为干预组，进行分组，两组各40例。

Researchers divided 80 nurses of varying seniority into two groups. Random numbers were generated by computer to assign participants to either the odd-numbered control group or the even-numbered intervention group, with 40 participants in each group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由采集和分析两部分组成，数据通过问卷星填写进行采集，收集完数据后采用EpiDate3.0软件建立相关的数据库。使用SPSS25.0软件进行统计描述、Pearson相关性分析及分层回归分析。检验水准α=0.05。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and analysis comprised two components. Data were collected via QuestionnaireStar, and after data collection, a relevant database was established using EpiDate 3.0 software. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and stratified regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 software. The significance level was set at α=0.05.
