研究目的：

评估针灸联合经颅交流电刺激（tACS）在中风康复过程中对改善中风后患者上肢运动功能的综合效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the comprehensive effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) on improving the upper limb motor function of stroke patients during the rehabilitation process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄40–70岁成年人 2.中风发作时间为14天至3个月内（此期间皮层可塑性仍具可调性） 3.中度上肢运动功能障碍（Fugl-Meyer评估得分20–50分） 4.病情稳定且能提供知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged 40-70 years old 2. Stroke onset within 14 days to 3 months (during this period, cortical plasticity remains adjustable) 3. Moderate upper limb motor dysfunction (Fugl-Meyer assessment score 20-50 points) 4. Stable condition and able to provide informed consent

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍 2. 严重痉挛（MAS评分>=3） 3.妊娠或哺乳期 4.既往癫痫或精神疾病史 5. 存在针灸或tACS禁忌证

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment 2. Severe spasticity (MAS score >= 3) 3. Pregnancy or lactation period 4. History of epilepsy or mental illness in the past 5. Presence of contraindications for acupuncture or tACS
