通过开展实证研究对临床药师抗感染会诊辅助决策系统的实际应用效果进行评价和优化，最终以实现不同医疗机构临床药师（尤其是基层医疗机构）的抗感染会诊能力的同质化和标准化。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting empirical research to evaluate and optimize the practical application effect of the anti-infection consultation auxiliary decision-making system for clinical pharmacists, the ultimate goal is to achieve the homogenization and standardization of the anti-infection consultation capabilities of clinical pharmacists in different medical institutions (especially in primary medical institutions).

纳入标准：

来源于贵州省医疗机构参与抗感染会诊的临床药师。需符合以下条件： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.具有药师及以上职称； 3.参与抗呼吸系统感染会诊工作的需求； 4.具有临床药师规培证（经过卫健委规范化培训）。

Inclusion criteria

Clinical pharmacists from medical institutions in Guizhou Province who participated in anti-infection consultations. The following conditions must be met: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Have a pharmacist title or above; 3. The need to participate in the consultation work for anti-respiratory system infections; 4. Possess a standardized training certificate for clinical pharmacists (having undergone standardized training by the National Health Commission).

排除标准：

自行退出研究的受试者。
