研究目的：

本研究拟分析临床常见慢性气道疾病的肺功能及气道炎症特点，分析脉冲振荡技术（IOS）对慢性气道疾病小气道功能障碍的诊断效能，探索评估小气道功能的敏感指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the pulmonary function and airway inflammation characteristics of common clinical chronic airway diseases, evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of impulse oscillometry in detecting small airway dysfunction in chronic airway diseases, and explore sensitive indicators for assessing small airway function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2024.1-2025.11 期间，于呼吸科门诊及住院的 COPD 患者、哮喘患者、无呼吸道症状、体征及肺功能正常的人群 150 例。 病例收集入组标准： 1.慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者符合2025版全球慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治倡议（GLOD）指南规定 的 COPD 诊断标准； 2.哮喘患者符合 2025版全球哮喘防治创议（GINA）指南哮喘诊断标准； 3.无呼吸道症状、体征及肺功能正常的人群; 4.一般资料齐全，已完善脉冲振荡、肺功能检查及呼出气一氧化氮检测等。

Inclusion criteria

From January 2024 to November 2025, 150 individuals were included, consisting of COPD patients and asthma patients in the respiratory outpatient and inpatient departments, as well as people with no respiratory symptoms, normal signs, and normal lung function. Case collection inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD as outlined in the 2025 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines. 2.Patients with asthma meet the diagnostic criteria for asthma as defined by the 2025 Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines. 3.Population with no respiratory symptoms, signs, and normal lung function; 4.Availability of comprehensive general information, having completed assessments including Impulse Oscillometry, Pulmonary Function Testing, and Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide measurement.

排除标准：

1.患有肺结核、间质性肺病、肺癌等影响肺功能检测结果的其他呼吸系统慢性疾病者；
2.排除患有严重心脑血管疾病及肿瘤性疾病等患者；
3.既往胸廓畸形、严重胸部创伤、胸部手术史等疾病者；
4.妊娠或哺乳妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion of patients with chronic respiratory conditions (e.g., pneumonia, tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer) that may influence lung function outcomes.
2.Exclusion of patients with severe cardiocerebrovascular diseases or malignancies.
3.Exclusion for history of thoracic deformity, significant chest trauma, or chest surgery.
4.Pregnant or lactating women.
