研究目的：

主要目的：了解广西地区德朗热综合征基因型与表型之间的相关性。 次要目的：优化德朗热综合征患儿遗传咨询流程及家庭再生育产前诊断指导；为德朗热综合征患儿康复治疗提供借鉴，为小于 48 月龄儿预后评估提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To understand the correlation between genotype and phenotype of Delaunay syndrome in the Guangxi region. Secondary objectives: To optimize the genetic counseling process and prenatal diagnostic guidance for families of children with Delaunay syndrome; to provide references for the rehabilitation treatment of children with Delaunay syndrome, and to offer guidance for prognosis assessment in children under 48 months of age.

纳入标准：

1.患儿符合2018年CdLS首部国际共识诊断；
2.年龄＜18 周岁患儿（以研究入组时实际年龄为准）及其父母；
3.经家系全外显子测序（WES）检测，患儿明确存在德朗热综合征相关致病性基因变异；
4.籍贯为广西壮族自治区的患儿；

Inclusion criteria

1.The case conforms to the first international consensus diagnostic criteria for CdLS in 2018.
2.Children under the age of 18 (based on their actual age at the time of enrollment in the study) and their parents;
3.Through whole exome sequencing (WES) of the family, pathogenic gene variations related to Cornelia De Lange syndrome were clearly identified.
4.The patient is from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

排除标准：

1.诊断不明确：未完善家系 WES 检测，或检测结果未明确致病性基因变异的患儿；
2.年龄≥18 周岁患儿（以研究入组时实际年龄为准）；
3.因家属拒绝、联系方式丢失、异地迁移等原因，无法完成前瞻性随访（含数据补充、信息更新）的患儿；
4.已夭折的患儿；
5.非广西籍的患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unclear diagnosis: Children for whom the whole-exome sequencing (WES) test of the family has not been completed, or for whom the test results have not identified pathogenic gene variations. 2.Age >= 18 years (based on the actual age at the time of study enrollment); 3.Children for whom the follow-up cannot be completed (including data supplementation and information update) due to reasons such as the refusal of family members, loss of contact information, or relocation to another place; 4.The child who died prematurely; 5.Children who are not from Guangxi;
