研究目的：

总结腹膜后肿瘤患者的麻醉管理，并探讨其术后早期并发症的危险因素。通过已有的腹膜后肿瘤数据库，利用机器学习方法建立术后早期并发症预测模型，指导腹膜后肿瘤患者术后早期并发症的防治。  

Objectives of Study：

To summarize the anesthesia management of patients with retroperitoneal tumors and explore the risk factors of early postoperative complications. Based on the existing retroperitoneal tumor database, a prediction model for early postoperative complications was established using machine learning methods to guide the prevention and treatment of early postoperative complications in patients with retroperitoneal tumors.

纳入标准：

纳入 2015 年 1 月-2025 年 12 月在我院接受腹膜后肿瘤切除术的患者，男女不限，ASA1-4 级，年龄 18-99 岁

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent retroperitoneal tumor resection in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2025 were included, regardless of gender, with ASA1-4 grade, and aged 18 to 99 years

排除标准：

排除急诊手术患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients undergoing emergency surgery

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过计算机技术，从医院IIH系统和麻醉管理系统采集患者数据，并通过技术手段进行数据核验。确认无误后，将数据下载到电子表格中，保存到专用电脑，并由专人保管。
