本研究旨在基于Meleis转变理论，设计并实施一项融合书写疗愈策略的卒中后家庭照护者支持干预，探索其在提升照顾者准备度、缓解照顾负担、焦虑和抑郁方面的有效性，同时分析其转变机制和文化影响因素，进一步丰富转变理论在中国文化语境中的适用性与干预指导价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Grounded in Meleis's Transition Theory, this study is designed to develop and implement a support intervention that incorporates writing therapy for family caregivers of stroke survivors. The objectives are to examine its effectiveness in improving caregiver preparedness, reducing caregiver burden, anxiety, and depression, and to explore the transition mechanisms and cultural moderators, thereby extending the theory's applicability and practical utility in Chinese culture.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.脑卒中患者： （1）通过CT或磁共振成像（MRI）确诊为脑缺血或脑出血（急性期）； （2）巴氏指数评分在 0 到 60分之间（0 - 40：重度依赖，45 - 60：中度依赖）; 2.家庭非正式照护者： （1）与患者有亲属关系； （2）年龄>=18 岁； （3）在住院期间持续照顾患者； （4）自愿参与研究并能回答问题。

Inclusion criteria

1. Stroke patients: (1) Diagnosed with cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage (acute phase) via CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); (2) Barthel Index score between 0 and 60 points (0-40: severe dependence, 45-60: moderate dependence); 2. Informal family caregivers: (1) Have a familial relationship with the patient; (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Continuously care for the patient during hospitalization; (4) Voluntarily participate in the study and are able to answer questions.

排除标准：

1.脑卒中患者： (1）患者存在其他急危重症及精神疾病，如：恶性肿瘤，腹水，精神分裂，严重外伤等其他急危重症; 2.家庭非正式照护者： (1）有明显的躯体或精神障碍（如恶性肿瘤，严重的心、肝、肾功能不全，精神分裂，抑郁等）； (2）有失语、认知障碍、听力障碍等沟通障碍不能配合完成本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Stroke patients: (1) Patients with other acute or severe conditions and mental illnesses, such as malignant tumors, ascites, schizophrenia, severe trauma, or other acute and critical conditions; 2. Informal family caregivers: (1) Those with significant physical or mental disorders (such as malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, schizophrenia, depression, etc.); (2) Those with communication difficulties such as aphasia, cognitive impairment, or hearing impairment, making them unable to cooperate with this study.
