Objectives of Study：

Further explore the clinical value of lung ultrasound combined with diaphragm ultrasound to guide the PEEP and tidal volume setting of ARDS patients, and provide evidence-based basis for individualized ventilation strategies.

纳入标准：

1. 诊断为ARDS并且气管插管行机械通气的患者，ARDS符合2023全球新定义标准 2.年龄大于等于18周岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with ARDS and undergoing mechanical ventilation via tracheal intubation meet the 2023 global new definition criteria for ARDS. 2. Age of 18 years or older

排除标准：

未经引流的张力性气胸

Exclusion criteria：

Undrained tension pneumothorax
