研究目的：

评估分级运动想象疗法 (GMT) 联合头穴丛刺对脑卒中后上肢及手功能运动重建的临床疗效，揭示其通过激活镜像神经元系统、调节大脑皮层兴奋性的神经机制，明确该联合干预的最佳实施时序与剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of graded motor imagery therapy (GMT) combined with scalp cluster acupuncture on upper limb and hand function reconstruction after stroke, reveal its neural mechanism by activating the mirror neuron system and regulating cerebral cortical excitability, and determine the optimal timing and dosage of this combined intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.均符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》或《中国脑出血诊治指南(2019)》中的脑卒中诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI证实，病程≤6个月； 2.年龄40-75岁，右利手，Brunnstrom上肢分期Ⅱ-Ⅳ级，Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表（FMA-UE）评分≤45分； 3.意识清楚，MMSE评分≥24分，视觉及听觉功能正常，能配合训练； 4.运动视觉想象问卷(kinestheticand visual imagery questionnaire,KVIQ)≥25分。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 or the Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019, and were confirmed by head CT or MRI, and the course of disease was <=6 months; 2. Right-handed, Brunnstrom stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ, Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA-UE) <=45, aged 40-75 years; 3. Clear consciousness, MMSE score >=24, normal visual and auditory function, can cooperate with training; 4. kinestheticand visual imagery questionnaire (KVIQ)>=25 points.

排除标准：

1.合并严重认知障碍、精神疾病或沟通障碍； 2.头针部位皮肤损伤、严重凝血功能异常（INR＞1.5）或出血倾向； 3.既往有癫痫病史、颅内金属植入物、严重心肝肾疾病； 4.近3个月内接受过其他康复新技术干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment, mental illness or communication disorder; 2. Scalp skin injury, severe coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5) or bleeding tendency; 3. Previous history of epilepsy, intracranial metal implants, severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Received other new rehabilitation technology intervention in the past 3 months.
