探讨方步运动对糖尿病周围神经病变患者下肢神经传导速度的延缓作用  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the inhibitory effect of the square-stepping exercise on the slowing down of nerve conduction velocity in the lower limbs of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合中国糖尿病防治指南(2024版)中有关糖尿病远端对称性多发性神经病变诊断标准； （2）年龄≥18岁且≤80岁，糖尿病病程≥5年 （3）病情稳定，意识清楚； （4）1个月内未出现严重急性并发症； （5）患者知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy as outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition); (2) Aged >=18 years and <=80 years, with a diabetes duration of >=5 years; (3) Clinically stable and conscious; (4) No severe acute complications within the past month; (5) Informed consent obtained, with voluntary participation.

排除标准：

（1）认知障碍或精神疾病； （2）严重心肺疾病、活动严重受限； （3）下肢严重畸形或溃疡； （4）近半年进行过规律性运动锻炼。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases with significant activity limitation; (3) Severe lower limb deformity or ulcers; (4) Engagement in regular exercise training within the past six months.

在对照组的基础上进行方步运动干预，运动训练每周进行3~4次，每次时长40~50分钟，每周总时长不少于150分钟，共干预12周。其中包含10分钟热身活动，30~40分钟方步运动，10分钟放松运动。

On the basis of the control group, the square-stepping exercise intervention was carried out. The exercise training was conducted 3 to 4 times a week, each session lasting 40 to 50 minutes, with a total weekly duration of no less than 150 minutes. The intervention lasted for a total of 12 weeks. It included 10 minutes of warm-up activities, 30 to 40 minutes of square step exercises, and 10 minutes of relaxation exercises.
