研究目的：

1.了解消化系统恶性肿瘤患者核心症状影响因素，筛选生成最优指标集； 2.前瞻性研究收集消化系统恶性肿瘤患者核心症状的风险指标数据，分别构建RF-SVM预警模型、Logistic回归模型、BP神经网络模型； 3.追踪研究对象一年内是否发生核心症状，通过绘制受试者工作特征曲线，评价三种预警模型的预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the influencing factors of core symptoms in patients with digestive system malignancies and to screen for an optimal indicator set. 2. To prospectively collect data on risk indicators for core symptoms in patients with digestive system malignancies, and to construct three prediction models: a Random Forest-Support Vector Machine (RF-SVM) early-warning model, a Logistic regression model, and a Back Propagation (BP) neural network model. 3. To track the occurrence of core symptoms in the study cohort over a one-year period and to evaluate the predictive performance of the three models by plotting receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.

1.本研究未使用任何药物；2.本研究未向研究对象提供任何治疗方案。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1.No medications were administered in this study. 2.No therapeutic interventions were provided to the participants in this study. 

纳入标准：

1.依据中华医学会放射肿瘤学分会临床诊断分期标准，病理学检查确诊为消化系统恶性肿瘤； 2.年龄>=18 岁； 3.意识清楚，能够进行正常交流； 4.定期门诊复查（第 1 年每 1~3 个月一次，第 2 年每 2~6 个月一次），有完整的临床资料和随访资料。； 5.自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of a malignant tumor of the digestive system, staged according to the clinical diagnostic staging criteria established by the Chinese Society for Radiation Oncology. 2.Aged 18 years or older. 3.Conscious and able to communicate normally. 4.Regular outpatient follow-up (every 1–3 months in the first year, and every 2–6 months in the second year) with complete clinical and follow-up data available. 5.Voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.合并有其他类型恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of concomitant malignancies other than the primary digestive system tumor under study.
