研究目的：

1.分析CHF患者和主要照顾者的自我损耗及二元应对的现状； 2.探讨自我损耗、二元应对、生命质量之间的关系，构建二元应对在CHF患者和主要照顾者的自我损耗与生命质量间的APIMeM。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Analyze the current situation of ego-depletion and dyadic coping of CHF patients and main caregivers; 2.Explore the relationship between ego-depletion, dyadic coping, and quality of life, and construct the dyadic coping to to the APIMeM between ego-depletion and quality of life in CHF patients and primary caregivers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者：（1）符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2024》诊断标准，临床确诊为慢性心力衰竭患者；（2）年龄＞=18周岁；（3）能以书面或口头方式完成问卷；（4）知情同意并自愿参加。 2.主要照顾者：（1）年龄＞=18周岁，沟通交流正常；（2）每天照顾患者时间＞=4h，出院仍承担主要照顾工作；（3）有良好的沟通理解能力，自愿参与本研究。（4）能理解调查表所表述内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients: (1) met the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024, clinically diagnosed with chronic heart failure; (2) aged 18 years; (3) can complete the questionnaire in written or oral form; (4) gave informed consent and voluntary participation. 2.Primary caregivers: (1) aged 18, with normal communication; (2) takes care of patients for 4h a day, and still undertakes the main care work after discharge; (3) has good communication and understanding skills and volunteered to participate in this study.(4) Can understand what the questionnaire says.

排除标准：

1.患者：（1）自身有重大躯体疾病，如癌症、重要脏器功能衰竭；（2）有心理障碍或精神疾病史；（3）心脏移植术后；（4）近期遭遇重大生活事件。 2.主要照顾者：（1）存在严重精神心理障碍；（2）领取照顾酬劳；（3）合并严重的智力、听觉、视觉和语言交流障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients: (1) has major physical diseases, such as cancer, vital organ failure; (2) has a history of psychological disorders or mental diseases; (3) after heart transplantation; (4) recent major life events. 2. Main caregivers: (1) severe mental disorders; (2) receiving care remuneration; (3) with severe intellectual, auditory, visual and language communication disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用病历报告表和医院信息系统采集数据，同时通过患者及主要照顾者填写相关量表进行补充； 数据管理采用双人核对的方式录入Excel进行数据管理，采用SPSS 26.0及Amos 24.0进行数据分析。
