研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究，观察静脉注射利多卡因对俯卧位脊柱手术视神经鞘的影响了解该药对患者颅内压及苏醒质量的影响，探索利多卡因的较佳剂量，旨在为防止围术期颅内压的升高、提高麻醉安全性、缩短苏醒时间、提高苏醒质量及减少不良反应提供更多的思路和临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective studies, the effect of intravenous lidocaine on the optic nerve sheath in prone position spinal surgery was observed to understand the drug's influence on intracranial pressure and recovery quality of patients, and to explore the optimal dose of lidocaine. The aim is to provide more ideas and clinical references for preventing the increase of perioperative intracranial pressure, improving anesthesia safety, shortening recovery time, improving recovery quality and reducing adverse reactions.

纳入标准：

1. 行择期全身麻醉下俯卧位脊柱内镜手术，手术类型包括内镜下腰椎间盘切除术、内镜下后入路腰椎椎体间融合术、椎间盘镜下椎管减压术、腰椎椎板切除减压术等； 2. 年龄为18～75周岁； 3. 身体质量指数（BMI）为18-28 kg/m^2； 4. 美国麻醉医师协会ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级； 5. 有正常的认知和沟通能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective prone position spinal endoscopic surgery under general anesthesia was performed. The surgical types included endoscopic lumbar discectomy, endoscopic posterior approach lumbar interbody fusion, discectomy spinal canal decompression, lumbar laminectomy decompression, etc.; 2. Age >=18 and <=75 years old; 3. The body mass index (BMI) is 18-28 kg/m^2; 4. The ASA classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists is grade I-II; 5. Have normal cognitive and communication skills.

排除标准：

1. 对利多卡因有药物过敏史； 2. 合并眼部疾病史，如眼部外伤、视神经炎、视神经肿瘤、视网膜病变、青光眼、白内障等； 3. 合并中枢神经系统疾病及脑血管疾病，如晕动症、颅内感染、脑血管意外、颅内肿瘤等； 4. 既往眼部手术、眼外伤史；颅脑外伤、颅脑手术史； 5. 合并严重呼吸、循环或内分泌系统疾病； 6. 重度肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍患者； 7. 颈椎活动受限或超声提示颈动脉斑块形成； 8. 近期服用影响脑脊液压力的药物，如利尿剂、糖皮质激素等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of drug allergy to lidocaine; 2. History of concurrent ocular diseases, such as ocular trauma, optic neuritis, optic nerve tumors, retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, etc.; 3. Combined with central nervous system diseases and cerebrovascular diseases, such as motion sickness, intracranial infection, cerebrovascular accident, intracranial tumor, etc.; 4. Previous history of eye surgery and ocular trauma; History of craniocerebral trauma and craniocerebral surgery; 5. Combined with severe respiratory, circulatory or endocrine system diseases; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation disorders; 7. Limited cervical spine movement or ultrasound suggesting carotid artery plaque formation; 8. Recently taken medications that affect cerebrospinal fluid pressure, such as diuretics and glucocorticoids, etc.
