研究目的：

1. 针对老年人颈、肩、腰、膝部位的慢性劳损问题，探索不同肌肉牵伸训练、肌力训练、稳定性训练的关键技术动作，建立老年人肌肉骨骼慢性劳损的功能维护训练动作库。 2. 基于大模型深度学习和人工智能，建立智能化功能维护训练处方平台，实现根据自动评估结果进行智能化筛选，制定个性化处方。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To address the chronic strain issues in the neck, shoulders, waist and knees of the elderly, explore key technical movements for different muscle stretching exercises, strength training and stability training, and establish a functional maintenance training movement library for chronic musculoskeletal strain in the elderly. 2. Based on large model deep learning and artificial intelligence, an intelligent functional maintenance training prescription platform is established to achieve intelligent screening based on automatic assessment results and formulate personalized prescriptions.

纳入标准：

颈部劳损患者 1. 年龄在45-80周岁之间； 2. 颈部劳损现象应至少持续 3 个月时间； 3. 患有颈椎间盘突出症或慢性非特异性颈痛； 4. 知情同意加入本研究。 肩部劳损患者： 1. 年龄在45-80周岁之间； 2. 肩部劳损现象应至少持续3个月； 3. 患有肩袖损伤或肩周炎； 4. 知情同意加入本研究； 腰部劳损患者： 1. 年龄在45-80周岁之间； 2. 腰部劳损现象应至少持续 3 个月； 3. 患有腰椎间盘突出症或慢性非特异性腰痛； 4. 知情同意加入本研究； 膝部劳损患者： 1. 年龄在45-80周岁之间； 2. 膝部劳损现象应至少持续 3 个月； 3. 患有膝骨关节炎或半月板损伤； 4. 知情同意加入本研究；

Inclusion criteria

Patients with neck strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Neck strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with cervical disc herniation or chronic non-specific neck pain; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with shoulder strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Shoulder strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with rotator cuff injury or frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis); 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with lumbar strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Lumbar strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation or chronic non-specific low back pain; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with knee strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Knee strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis or meniscus injury; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 认知能力和精神状态异常； 2. 存在骨折、严重的高血压和冠心病等运动禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal cognitive abilities and mental state; 2. Presence of fractures, severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, and other contraindications to exercise.
