研究目的：

本课题以抑郁症且伴自杀意念的青少年患者为研究对象，采用新型SAINT，评估其对患者抑郁症状、自杀意念和脑电信号等指标的作用，为青少年抑郁症伴自杀意念提供新的防治策略，拓宽了其神经机制的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking adolescents with depression and suicidal ideation as the research subjects, this project adopts the novel Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT) to evaluate its effects on indicators such as depressive symptoms, suicidal ideation and electroencephalographic (EEG) signals in patients. It aims to provide new prevention and treatment strategies for adolescent depression with suicidal ideation and expand the exploration of its underlying neural mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1.符合ICD-10诊断标准中抑郁症的诊断标准； 2.年龄范围为13-18岁； 3.贝克自杀意念量表（BSI-CV）>=6分； 4.患者和监护人愿意参与本次研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. the age range is 13-18 years old; 3. a score of >=6 on the Beck Suicide Ideation Scale (BSI-CV); 4. patients and guardians were willing to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.rTMS/SAINT治疗禁忌症患者（有脑器质性疾病、严重躯体疾病、颅脑外伤或癫痫发作等疾病；体内有金属植入物）；
2.有头部皮肤损伤或脑电贴敷区域有严重皮肤病者；
3.合并其他严重精神疾病，包括物质成瘾障碍、精神分裂症和神经发育迟滞等精神疾病；
4.近半年内接受过过其余物理治疗（如电休克、经颅磁刺激、迷走神经刺激法等）；
5.存在听力障碍或无法配合研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with contraindications to rTMS/SAINT treatment (including organic brain diseases, severe somatic diseases, craniocerebral trauma, epilepsy or other such conditions; presence of metallic implants in the body);
2.Patients with scalp injuries or severe skin diseases in the area where electroencephalogram (EEG) electrodes are applied;
3.Patients comorbid with other severe mental disorders, including substance use disorders, schizophrenia and neurodevelopmental retardation;
4.Patients who have received other physical therapies (such as electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, vagus nerve stimulation, etc.) in the past six months;
5.Patients with hearing impairment or those who are unable to cooperate with the study;

研究者以Research Randomizer（https://www.randomizer.org/）离线生成 1:1 固定比例的简单随机序列，60 例受试者的 1:1 分组序列（30 例实验组、30 例对照组，序号1-60），同时预留 12 例备用序列（应对 20% 失访率，序号61-72）。

An independent researcher generated a simple random sequence with a fixed 1:1 allocation ratio offline using Research Randomizer (https://www.randomizer.org/). The sequence included 60 subjects assigned equally to the experimental group (n=30) and the control group (n=30), labeled with serial numbers from 1 to 60. Additionally, 12 reserve sequences (serial numbers 61 to 72) were prepared to account for an anticipated 20% attrition rate.
